Yesterday 2 customers quarrelled in branch. It was a loud commotion which got all of us curious, and one of them crying. But i was too occupied with sending in my stuff before deadline to go join in look-see. My small boss had to go out to intervene. And big boss went out later to help mediate. Tsk tsk. Over who's first in the line and who stepped on whose toes. They quarrelled first at the counter and after again at the entrance. And i almost wanted to say it was quite a peaceful day. Not so~

One of my colleagues went up to another to say she's scared coz she was almost sitting right in front of the 2 people. And of course hope the other customers didn't get a fright from the surrouding noise. Gotta apologise to them as well.

Also just finished my appraisal last night. Got an expected rating.. Now waiting to hearrrrr about the bonus in the next quarter.

My credit card bill for last month was the highest I have ever spent. Hehe. Christmas is the season and excuse to buy.. and eat and enjoy!!
